Annual Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance includes:

Cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils.

Checking freon levels and adjusting if necessary. If the unit has not enough freon or excess amount refrigerant, it could make your system less efficient.

Cleaning and adjusting blower motors provide proper system airflow for maximum comfort levels.

Checking the compressor and running components for damage.

Check and tighten electrical connections.
