Annual Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance includes:

  • Cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils. 

  • Checking freon levels and adjusting if necessary. If the unit has not enough freon or excess amount refrigerant, it could make your system less efficient.

  • Cleaning and adjusting blower motors provide proper system airflow for maximum comfort levels. 

  • Checking the compressor and running components for damage. 

  • Check and tighten electrical connections.
